Lizz spoke about how saying 'yes' to some of the fun stuff that comes our way can make us better and more successful at our jobs.

"Women are great at saying yes to work and meeting other people's needs, but not so good about saying yes to things for themselves," Said Lizz.

Warner Goodman Commercial runs its businesswomen's networking lunch every three months, whilst raising money for KIDS.

What you should say YES to, according to Lizz!

1) Constructive criticism - to help you develop

2) Challenges - to keep your heart rate up

3) Meeting new people - it's not healthy to be too insular

4) Doing the things you're good at - even if you're the boss, keep your hand in

5) Opportunity - seize it while it's there

6) Seeing friends - they can give you a valuable perspective on work life

7) Work-related treats - can invigorate you and lead to opportunities
