Colin Bridgman has been promoted to Senior Account Manager at Logical Creative Marketing.

The Fareham-based firm made the announcement after a review of the business which, thanks to its online work and successful seminars, has grown by over 20% in the last year.

Bridgman, who lives in Stubbington, joined LCM as an Account Manager four years ago from HSBC in Southampton. He will now work as part of the management team responsible for the development of the business as well as taking on line-management responsibilities. Bridgman also continues to maintain a portfolio of professional service clients and is currently participating in the highly successful Common Purpose leadership programme.

Managing Director Lizz Clarke commented: “It was a natural progression for Colin to step up to a more senior role. His vast experience and excellent management skills will be of great support to the management team as we build for a prosperous future. He is a well-respected member of the staff at LCM, his promotion has been well-received and we are already seeing the benefits of his contributions.”
