Colin Bridgman, Senior Account Manager at Fareham-based Logical Creative Marketing (LCM) has successfully completed the prestigious Common Purpose Leadership Programme. 

Recently promoted Bridgman, who lives in Stubbington, joined other senior decision-makers from businesses, organisations and groups in the region with the aim of solving problems, tackling local issues and sharing ideas. 

Bridgman graduated from the intense 5 month course this week and said: “The course provided an excellent opportunity to meet and discuss ideas with leaders from some very diverse and interesting backgrounds. We learnt a lot from each other’s experiences and different styles of leadership and gained valuable insights into major companies in the Portsmouth and wider area.”

He added: “The course can only benefit my work and position within LCM and I have already started to use some of the techniques in my day-to-day work.” 

LCM Managing Director Lizz Clarke, who has also completed the programme and now gives motivational talks to candidates, added: “It is a testament to Colin’s commitment and focus that he has not only completed the course, but excelled at all stages and made a really valuable contribution.
