Like most company owners, Paul has a very busy life. He and his marketing manager Jess find itchallenging to fit day-to-day marketing into their agenda and realised that they were not thinking strategically.

They engaged LCM to help them learn how to develop a marketing strategy and action plan, and to give them support through quick update phonecalls.

We've been working together since December and the company has already developed a much stronger business pipeline as a result.

We were proud to be the owners of the beautiful listed 10 High Street in Fareham for 11 years but last year, we decided it was time to sell the property and move on. Over the holiday, we moved to the impressive Halpern House at 1, Hampshire Terrace in Portsmouth, right at the centre of the city’s hustle and bustle.
