The roar of the Staffwise brand
An aspirational brand that represented a dynamic, fast-growing national business was what recruitment specialist Staffwise achieved when it appointed LCM to help define a stronger identity.
One name - one focus
After successfully expanding the business to incorporate a range of recruitment consultancies, Staffwise turned to LCM to help it create a core focus bringing all the operations under one corporate unit.
Owner Tom McMurray explained: “We had hand-picked a wealth of individual expertise through acquisitions that had key presences in a number of markets. At the same time we wanted to be able illustrate how all our capabilities fitted together to provide an unbeatable service for our clients.”
How LCM’s expertise helped
When a company grows quickly it is very difficult to ensure everyone feels a valued part of the larger organisation. That is why LCM’s first job was to open up communication between all levels of staff. We did this by:
- Staging a brand workshop to help build a new aspirational identity that everyone could relate to.
- Identifying the values that underpinned the Staffwise brand.
- Developing support material and marketing collateral identifying the strengths of the different sectors served.

Following the initial workshop, it was evident that the brand needed to reflect the people in the organisation, and they all had some common traits:

The result
