Develop a client winning strategy for tomorrow’s world

18 November 2009 by George Roberts

LCM's Managing Director, Lizz Clarke, today addressed approximately 50 social care and housing providers, commissioners and service users at ROCC's Annual Conference on the subject of marketing for personalisation.

The Personlaisation Agenda was a topic of huge interest for many of the delegates who attended the conference and Lizz's talk centred around how these organisations can develop a client winning strategy for tomorrow's world.

Lizz , said: "The Personalisation Agenda is going to turn the existing provision of care, support and advice services on its head, and give the purchasing power to the individual who will be receiving the support. This means that Third Sector organisations need to revisit their marketing and business development strategies to ensure that they are communicating the right message, to the right audience, in the most appropriate and cost effective manner."

The delegates were informed of what processes and activities to go through to produce such a strategy, with the most vital piece being to understand the client. Infact, they were able to hear first hand from a service user, who was in the audience, as to what information he requires and where he would like to get it from.

For the event we produced a booklet on how to develop a client winning strategy for tomorrow's world. If you would like us to send you a copy of this please contact George Roberts.
