We make sure you have the right people spending the right time on the right tasks for the right results. You can count on the sound expertise of the following…
Our team
-
Lizz Clarke
Lizz founded LCM in 1988 when, as a young working mum she was offered the position of Marketing Director at a famous international training organisation and negotiated instead to carry out the work as an outsource from home. The client's marketing success was extraordinary and highly visible, her reputation grew and so did the team around her. Lizz’s strengths are in devising growth strategies, developing creative PR and marketing campaigns, and copywriting.

Colin Bridgman
Colin is hugely valued by his largely professional services client base, having carried out roles across the banking and marketing spectrum during his 27 years with HSBC plc. He provides a wealth of marketing knowledge and experience to our company and to his portfolio of clients, in particular in Public Relations and project management. He is married with two daughters, one of whom followed in his banking footsteps and the other is our own Michelle who joined the LCM team last year.
-
George Roberts
George's strengths lie in marketing strategy. He has an incredible hunger for ensuring that marketing actually delivers to the bottom line. He runs LCM's marketing programme as well as adding energy and excitement to client marketing campaigns across the board. Having graduated in marketing from what is now Solent University, back in 2001, he worked in the UK and abroad before joining LCM in 2004. He's got the happy knack of injecting a valuable shot of fun into a situation, although its a skill he rapidly loses when following his adored but much beleagured Southampton Football Club. He's a jolly fine football captain himself, but Saints can't have him, sorry. George on Twitter.

Zoë Mitchell
Zoë started her marketing career at international publishers John Wiley and Sons, and whilst there, also successfully completed the CIM Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. She has worked in the commercial and charity sectors across a wide range of marketing and PR roles and varied, demanding markets including IT and Engineering, recruitment, business services, software solutions and education. As befits the daughter of two nurses, she has also worked for a national care home company and leading national charity Action Medical Research. Zoë’s strengths are creativity and a proactive approach to her work combined with strong organisational skills and a determination to get things done. To keep busy outside of the office, Zoë is currently studying for an Open University Diploma in Creative Writing, and spends any remaining time she has reading, going to the cinema and trying not to cry when the gym instructor makes her do push ups.

Annette Moran
Annette has a background in business finance and administration and immediately prior to joining LCM was director of a marketing agency serving a highly specialist niche. Responsible for finance, administration, HR and IT, she makes it her business to drive our client-focused team members to greater and greater effectiveness. Annette is hugely popular with everyone here, and with clients and suppliers alike. She is married with three grown up children and a baby grandson (although you definitely would not guess it to look at Annette!), and spends most of her life on her boat.

Colin Salt
The MD has had two clients calling in the last couple of months saying, "I just want to tell you what an amazing difference Colin is making to our marketing". Colin's creative genius is becoming legendary amongst our clients. He graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in Lesiure Marketing in 2002 and joined LCM from the fast-paced world of travel, where he spent 4 years working for Travelbag – the tailor-made holiday specialists. Since then, he has gained considerable knowledge and experience working with some of our larger and long-standing clients and has a flair for building professional and friendly working relationships. Colin's particular flair is in driving Web projects, and his copywriting skill and marketing knowledge make him the ideal Web manager for clients who need that skill on tap rather than in house. Colin is a fan of the theatre, both on and off the stage and regularly appears in pantomime and spring productions with his local theatre group. He has a particuarly good singing voice and his legs were a revelation when he appeared a Greek tunic in 'A funny thing happened on the way to the forum' recently.

Michelle Bridgman
Michelle frees up the rest of the LCM team to crack on with our creative and strategic responsibilities. She helps us to organise, ensures deadlines are met and sweeps up after us administratively. She has become an accomplished event organiser, database manager and Press coverage evaluator, too. Before joining the team, Michelle managed specialist retailer Reflex Records, which was an excellent way to earn a living whilst indulging in her passion for music. She enjoys gigs, going to the cinema, dining out and holidaying.

Jonathan Schofield
Way back, Jonathan's passion for Letraset font books led inevitably to a career in graphic and brand design. His inner geek was drawn like a moth to the light of the web in 1997 and he hasn't escaped its glow yet. He represented GB at Ultimate Frisbee for many years but now dedicates himself to keeping his end up with web standards, being a dad and being greener. Jonathan on Twitter.

Carl Lamerton
Carl is our creative consultant and studied as a designer and illustrator at St. Martin’s School of Art in the late 80s. It’s here that he first developed his high creative standards and an eye for balanced design. From there he entered the world of advertising at the Mallerman Summerfield Group. In the intervening 22 years, he has honed his skills on projects for blue chip players like McCanns, Saatchis, Publicis, CDP and more.
