Lizz Clarke – Managing Director

Lizz is a well-known face here in the South. She is Events Chair at the Institute of Directors and is compere at their extremely popular ‘Dragon’s Den’ style Mentor Magic events. She is a director of Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Portsmouth Business School Advisory Board, as well as being a Founder Champion of Business Southampton.

Lizz founded LCM 18 years ago when she was offered the position of Marketing Director at an international training organisation and negotiated instead to carry out the work as an outsource. Her reputation grew and so did the team around her. Lizz’s strengths are in devising growth strategies, developing creative PR and marketing campaigns and copywriting. She’s married with three teenagers and a dog, and if she’s not out on business, you’ll find her doing something exciting with her family.

Annette Moran – Finance & Administration Manager

Annette has a background in business finance and administration and immediately prior to joining LCM was director of a marketing agency serving a highly specialist niche. Responsible for finance, administration, HR and IT, her role is to ensure our client-focused team members are free to deliver results. Annette is hugely popular with clients and suppliers alike and is married with three children.

George Roberts – Account Manager

George is a creative, dedicated account manager and is a great communicator. Having graduated in Marketing in 2001 he’s developed great relationships with his clients, as well as with journalists and suppliers. He is talented in public relations, graphic design management and at creating and scheduling high profile advertising campaigns. He has recently taken responsibility for developing LCM’s digital marketing service line.

George can often be found with his head in his hands at the end of a Southampton football match! 

Colin Bridgman – Account Manager

Colin is hugely valued by his largely professional services client base, having carried out roles across the banking and marketing spectrum during his 27 years with HSBC plc. He provides a wealth of marketing knowledge and experience to our company and to his portfolio of clients. He is married with two daughters, both of whom are now following in his banking footsteps.

Vicky Wilson – Account Manager

Vicky graduated from Bournemouth University in 2005; during her course she spent her ‘year out’ with one of London’s best-known PR companies. She is highly creative and a powerhouse of energy, specialising in Public Relations. She has already attained outstanding results for her varied portfolio of clients who span sectors including IT, dentistry, the beauty industry, motors, swimming pools and property investment.

She sings soprano with the Southampton Operatic Society and is Marketing Director of Southampton Junior Chamber.

Hannah Powell – Account Executive

Hannah graduated from Southampton Solent University with a degree in PR and Communications. She had been canny enough to gain considerable work experience during her degree with another leading agency, so when she came to us she had already worked on accounts such as Barratt Homes, Southampton Football Club and Honda.

She is respected and popular with our clients, and has worked with the majority of them on a variety of projects.

Debbie Osborne – Account Executive

Debbie is a highly experienced marketer and worked in-house at Apollo Fire Detectors, one of the region’s leading employers & manufacturers, immediately before joining LCM.

She is also a sports journalist and has written the netball column in The Portsmouth Evening News for over six years.
